2. Service Description
JobOne provides a platform for organizations to post job opportunities, search for and view candidate profiles, manage a recruitment pipeline, and interact with potential candidates and verification services.
3. Account and Access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your organization's account. You agree to only invite employees of your organization to access the account and to ensure that all information provided about your company is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform for the sole purpose of recruiting and hiring candidates for legitimate job openings within your organization. You shall not use the information obtained from the platform for any other purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding employment and data privacy.
5. Candidate Information & Verification
Candidate profiles may include a 'Verified' status. This status indicates that JobOne's verification agents have reviewed documents submitted by the candidate. This is not a guarantee of the candidate's skills, character, or future performance. It is your organization's responsibility to conduct its own due diligence and interviews.
6. Fees and Payments
Certain services on the JobOne platform, such as hiring verified candidates or promoting job posts, may be subject to fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the platform. All payments are processed through our designated payment partners.
7. Confidentiality
You agree to treat all candidate information with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You will not disclose candidate information to any third party without the candidate's explicit consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
JobOne is a platform provider and is not responsible for any hiring decisions or employment relationships. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
